"No air conditioning, even though it was stated otherwise. It was terribly hot and humid and we were not getting much sleep We asked for pillows three times on different days and still never got any It’s right on the lake and the mosquito situation was out of control , so couldn’t keep the windows open. Lucerne is beautiful, and the hotel is nice too. The bus station is right outside I wish they can work on the things listed , otherwise I won’t be returning here and will recommend the same to my friends"
