Place to Stay in Erzurum

I stayed in Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, near Troy, Konya, Cappadocia, and more in a whirlwind tour of Turkey. This was my favorite hotel on the trip. Economical, wonderful, economical room, and very nice staff.

Very convenient and safe location. Our room, was very clean and spacious. There is a popular coffee shop and bistro downstairs, and it is located right on one of the city's main squares. Most attractions are within a 15-minute walking distance. The staff were also polite. The hotel, as with most places in Erzurum does not offer alcohol on the premises.

Great location in the city center. Comfortable bed. The design is not exactly to my liking but it is cheap enough. So it would not be fair to compare to a more expensive hotel. The front desk person was a bit grumpy. Breakfast is large but not great.

Somewhat impersonal but clean.

Large impersonal feeling hotel but clean and centrally located to town square with ample parking. They like many hotels had motion sensor lighting i the common areas but several were not working correctly so it had an empty closed feeling as you were walking around inside.

Mükemmel bir otel

Otel çok hoşuma gitti, sürekli seyahat ederim ama bu kalite bu fiyat ilk defa karşılaşıyorum. Otel yeni bir mimariymiş, odalar geniş , oturma koltukları ve bir masa var, kahvaltı açıl büfe ve sürekli yenileniyor bayıldım. Personele özel bir dipnot bırakmak istiyorum çok yardımsever , ne isteğiniz olursa hemen yardımcı oluyorlar. Tam anlamı ile personelinden, odasına, kahvaltısına kadar tam bir büyünleşmiş bir otel herkesin emeğine sağlık . Bu arada aracı gelenlerin otelin kendine ait otoparkı olduğunuda bilmenizi isterim şehir merkezinde tüm tarihe yerlere yakın olupta hemde kendine ait otoparkı olması çok büyük avantaj. Bir sonraki seyahatimde tekrar görüşmek üzere.

Erzurum’da ailemle geçirdiğimiz en keyifli konaklamalardan biriydi! Lala Grand Hotel’in geniş ve ferah odaları konfor açısından mükemmeldi. Özellikle çocuklar için 3 yataklı seçenek sunmaları bizi çok mutlu etti. Otelin konumu oldukça merkezi, her yere kolayca ulaşılabiliyor. Erzurum’un soğuk havasına rağmen ısınma sistemi çok başarılıydı, odalar sıcacık ve rahattı. Dekorasyonuna gösterilen özen hemen fark ediliyor, şık ve huzurlu bir atmosfer yaratılmış. Kahvaltı lezzetli ve çeşitliydi, ayrıca otelin restoranı da hem fiyatları hem yemek kalitesiyle bizi şaşırttı. Minibar fiyatları da birçok otelle kıyaslandığında oldukça makuldü. Çalışanlar çok nazik ve misafirperverdi. Kısacası, Erzurum’da konforlu ve keyifli bir konaklama arayan herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim. Teşekkürler Lala Grand Hotel ekibi! 😊

Konforlu ve Özenle Tasarlanmış Bir Konaklama!

Yorum: Erzurum’da ailecek konakladığımız en keyifli otellerden biri oldu! Lala Grand Hotel’in geniş ve ferah odaları, özellikle çocuklu aileler için büyük bir avantaj sağlıyor. Genellikle aile odalarında 2+2 yatak sunuluyor veya bağlantılı odalarda çocukların kaldığı bölüm penceresiz olabiliyor. Ancak burada, hem geniş bir odada konaklama imkânı bulduk hem de çocuklarımız için tam boy 3 yatak vardı. Üstelik odaları aydınlık ve ferah kılan pencereler de vardı, bu detay konforumuzu üst seviyeye taşıdı. Otelin konumu çok merkezi, her yere kolayca ulaşılabiliyor. Erzurum’un soğuk havasına rağmen ısınma sistemi gayet iyiydi, odalar sıcacık ve rahattı. Dekorasyonuna gösterilen özen hemen fark ediliyor, şık ve huzurlu bir atmosfer yaratılmış. Kahvaltı oldukça lezzetli ve çeşitliydi, ayrıca otelin restoranı da fiyat-performans açısından çok başarılıydı. Minibar fiyatları da birçok otelle kıyaslandığında makuldü. Otel şehrin tam merkezinde.Tarihi yerlere yakınlığı açısından iyi.Otele ilk girişimizde recepsiyonda kimse yoktu,arkadaş namazdaymış bekledik.Ertesi sabah ramazanın ilk günü ,inanılmaz kötü bir kahvaltıyla karşılaştık.Sahurdan kalma bayatlamış,pörsümüş,bozulmuş yiyecekler vardı.İnanamadık..Tavsiye edemiyoruz..
