Nice hotel, great breakfast.

Very nice hotel. We had to book very late because we could not get to our intended destination. They took care of us and made sure we had great rooms. Very nice breakfast.

Hotel was almost brand new condition! I did stay this hotel with my boys for ski holiday in Erzurum Palandöken.. staff's was very friendly especially at breakfast cheff and waiters. My boys asked cheese toast at breakfast because they are very pickey,they don't eat every food! Breakfast cheff did it very specially! Highly recommended! Will go back again definitely. 5 star service, Thank you Ramada by Wyndham *****

The room was nice but the heat was turned up to 25 degrees. I tried to lower it but it wouldn’t work. They sent a tech who pressed a few buttons and said to wait but that also didn’t work. So slept with the window open. We ate at the buffet which was overpriced but we had a long day of travel with no food. My wife instantly got food poisoning so we walked to the hospital across the street which was by far the most unpleasant experience of my life!

DO NOT book this hotel through Expedia. They have some serious miscommunications between each other. I booked half board for two rooms with 6 people, paid an extra $400 for this only to hear the hotel say we only have bed and breakfast. After endless hours on chat and phone calls, expedia promised to take care of it. I will need to pay for the dinner charge and then get reimbursed for it. Well after I sent in the receipt, I had to chat with them again, they reviewed it and then finally offered to give me $200 in one key credit which I still haven’t received yet. Not a real refund. Sadly this overshadowed our whole stay and this review.

Çalışanlar hariç güzeldi. Rezervasyonumuz olmasına rağmen, sisteme düşmedi dediler. Konfirmeyi mailımda gösterdikten sonra kabul etmek zorunda kaldılar. Ayrıca internet üzeri fiyatlar yüzlerce lira daha uygun. Resepsiyon fiyatları internet fiyatlarından çok farklı. Geri dönüş sağlayacaklardı, onuda yapmadılar. Kahvaltı ve oda iyiydi.

Odalar temiz ama üç kişilik odanın banyosu çok küçük. Resepsiyonda kim varsa farketmiyor çok iyiler. Tek sorun kahvaltı sorumlusu kim ise otele ve diğer personele göre zayıf. İlk gün bayat ve pişmemiş yiyecekler ve kirli bardakları söyledik. Böyle bir otelde bayat yiyecek verilir mi? Pişmemiş sosis konulur mu? İkinci gün yine aynı durum. Kirli bardaklar ve sorumlu kişi sadece bardağı aldı içe gitti. Özür bile yok. Kahvaltı hariç otel personeli gayet iyi ve temiz bir otel
