Kapıda ilk karşılama harika olağanüstü yardımcı oldular iki çocuğumla beraber ailemi rahat ettirmek için her türlü imkanlar kullanıldı tüm ekibin güler yüzlü hürmetkarlığını özellikle kutlamak istiyorum kahvaltı otel konseptine fiyat ortalamasına göre fazlasıyla yeterli odalar müthiş temiz kullanışlı otelin iç dizaynı harika tertemiz pırıl pırıl ben eksik görmedim Erzurum’a gelen ailelerin çiftlerin rahat edebileceği harika bir konumu olan müthiş bir otel herkese tavsiye ederim

Erzurum seviyesinin üstü

Otel çok çok temizdi. Çalışanlarda gayet yardımsever ve ilgiliydi. Kahvaltısı da gayet yeterli ve lezzetliydi özellikle sigara böreği. Birdaha gelirsek kesinlikle kalacağımız yer olacaktır.
