"This is the best hotel I've stayed in in Santa Eularia des Riu in Ibiza. Excellent staff, location, big rooms, and the pool on the rooftop is nice. "Arrived to the island that evening. Could not find the room once we got to that side of the island. Rooms went from 1-9. Our room was 12. We attempted to sleep in our car, then ended up driving around for 2 hours trying to find an open and affordable hostel or hotel. They would not give us a refund."
