The staff was very helpful with any questions I had. We did have to go to the front desk for more toilet paper since we were given not even a half a roll and no extra for 4 people. Also the mirror was dirty in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable and clean. We were not able to take advantage of the pool because it was closed during our stay, the hot tub was open.

staff was friendly. TV- no memu, remote didn't work property. Called front desk. Staff isn't given a menu and don't know about channels or how to work remote because she'd "never stayed there as a guest". Breakfast was ok, waffle machine was gutted-couldn't be used, no orange juice. Bed mattresses needed to be replaced.

An aging hotel and a staff that could use some lessons on professionalism. The maintenance man was the friendliest and most helpful of the lot. He went out of his way to to help my wife and I with our luggage. Something he didn't have to do. The front desk was not dressed for a professional welcome and was less than outgoing in her role.

The property needs some repairs. The room was mostly clean and comfortable. How ever I found that the property was in need of repairs. Stains in carpet. Rips in desk chair and some un repaired damage. Overall our room was clean and comfortable.

We had a nice overall experience at Quality Inn Escanaba. The hot tub was really good, and the breakfast was unexpectedly delicious with a good variety of options. The room cleaning, however, could definitely be improved. The bathrooms especially need more attention, and the tubs could use a thorough cleaning and some maintenance. Unfortunately, the biggest disappointment was the customer service. The lady serving breakfast was quite rude, and overall, the staff did not seem very welcoming or friendly. We booked two rooms for two nights and, during our stay, we rarely experienced a smile or a warm attitude from the staff. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but guests should still be treated with basic courtesy and respect. If someone is unhappy with their job, they should not take that frustration out on customers. With better housekeeping, bathroom maintenance, and especially customer service, this could be a much better hotel experience.

Hotel was nice! Large pool, just a heads up if going when it’s cold outside it is cold in the building and rooms especially the pool room, room heaters do not auto adjust to temp they either stay on or u shut it off. Breakfast was great! The pool was warm and so was the hot tub but the jets on the tub do not work. All in all was a good stay!

It’s a little outdated but clean. The staff was friendly the pool and hot tub are clean and very large. The breakfast was typical but nice to have. The staff manning the food was kind and kept everything stocked. If we are in Escanaba again this is where we will stay.
