"The room and overall property felt humid and not well-maintained. This was my third time staying here, and unfortunately, it has clearly gone downhill since my previous visits. Cleanliness seemed lacking not just in the room, but also in the hallways and lobby. Even the luggage carts were dirty, which added to the impression that upkeep isn’t a priority.
The hallways were extremely hot, and the air conditioning in the room did not work properly, which likely contributed to the humidity and overall discomfort. The floors and carpet felt sticky, making the space feel even less clean.
Additionally, the door lock was loose, which raised some safety concerns. There was also no coffee pot or coffee dispenser in the room, which was inconvenient.
Overall, the stay was uncomfortable due to poor maintenance and inadequate climate control."
