"They claimed property damage for bed sheet and towel. The charges were excessive at $586 with no notice they kept the 100.00 deposit and made additional charges on my debit card without any notice, conversation nor itemized invoice. I’m very disappointed and chocked to see they drained my account they made multiple charges in attempt to collect the full amount of 586.00 since only declined on first attempt. when I called the property, there were multiple disconnections difficult to get a hold of someone to speak to and finally when I did reach someone they were not compassionate at all of the situation they just kept saying it was biohazard and didn’t even ask if we were OK and the reason behind the bio hazard was due to illness. They have no compassion for their guest."

"I hadn't been here since they were in the middle of the remodel. The remodel overall looks good but what you miss out on with that change means paying even more than you would expect to pay. Not only is parking $28 a day now, but now their breakfast is not complementary and you have to pay $25 per person for their breakfast and the options are not worth the cost. Overall the price for breakfast, parking and the room charges are just a little over the top to have minimal amenities. Yes there is a pool and a hot tub and seating, as well as a 24 hour gym, but in all honesty for 2 nights and paying almost $600 was a bit outrageous on top of parking. Parking should be included in the cost or it should be offered when booking. You also have to pay a $100 deposit fee, which yes is returned, but again these are all fees and charges that shouldn't come up when you have prepaid and feel you shouldn't have to continue to put money out. All these hidden fees are why most customers will charge back the charge back to the hotel because of one reason or another mentioned. Even being a Hilton member you still need to spend a large amount of money in order for it to even pay off. "
