Heating & Cooling very well adjusted, according to the weather. The daily free breakfast & housekeeping provided was top-notch. Would highly reccomend this place, as It was one of the best Hotel experiences I've ever had. Thanking everyone for their gracious hospitality and making me feel completely at home. "Among all the hotels I’ve stayed at in Yalova, Black Bird Thermal Hotel truly stands out as the best. The atmosphere, cleanliness, and overall service were excellent. The staff were professional, welcoming, and always helpful, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The facilities and comfort level exceeded my expectations, and I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. The only downside was the breakfast — it was not bad, but it felt limited and could definitely be improved to match the overall quality of the hotel."

"Black mould visible on walls, ceiling and all over the bathroom. Staff were lovely but only one person on the property at any time and no way to draw their attention if they were occupied. The vacant block opposite allows a beautiful view. Away from the touristic area which was a deliberate choice but the poorly maintained paths made access with luggage difficult. Laundry was returned still damp in a plastic bag and no tea/coffee making facilities available before 9am. Would not pass health and safety regulations in any western country. Disappointing because from outside it looks perfect and has so much potential. The owner keeps her distance and communicates via WhatsApp messages.."
