Bereits bei der Buchung haben wir ausdrücklich darum gebeten, kein Kellerzimmer zu erhalten. Trotz dieses Hinweises wurden wir in einem als „Eco-Zimmer“ bezeichneten Kellerzimmer untergebracht.
