"I arrived at the hotel around 11 PM and was told that my reservation had been cancelled without any prior notice, even though the money had already been deducted from my account. They sent me to another hotel instead, which was very disappointing. It was on the 3rd floor without an elevator, dirty, and in poor condition overall. This was a very stressful experience late at night after traveling. I would not recommend this place."
