Hotels comda ödemeyi otele girişte veya çıkışta yapabileceğim yazıyordu fakat rezervasyon sabahı 10da ödemeyi kartınızdan çekemedik diye aradılar onca işim arasında gün içinde ödeme yapmaya gittim resepsiyondaki bayan resepsiyonistin iletişim tarzını sevmedim odaya giriş yaptığımda klozete idrar vardı genel olarak temizdi jakuzisi bile vardı kahvaltıda iyiydi

En başta çift kişilik yatak istediğimiz halde iki ayrı yataklı oda verildi. İnternete verdikleri kullanıcı adı ve şifre ile bağlanamadık defalarca denediğimiz halde. Kahvaltıda et ürünleri yoktu. Konumu güzel, resepsiyonda bekleyenler güler yüzlü ve yardımsever.

Sizin sisteminiz otele rezervasyon maili gönderememiş. Resepsiyonist ile konustuğumda sizden mail almadığını bilgilendirilmediğini söyledi. Sisteminiz ile otel rezervasyon match etmediğinden otel dolu olduğu halde, bana otele rezervasyon yaptırıyorsunuz. Gece saat 10'da sokak sokak otel aramak zorunda kaldım
