"Las habitaciones son excelentes como siempre, casi no soy de comer pero me parece que si estás pagando un todo incluido en los snack deberían de dar las porciones que gusta de una vez, y no solo que el personal te diga solo te puedo dar un pedazo de pizza o una hamburguesa… no me gustó que le dijeran eso a mi esposo y mi papá. Ya en pandemia habíamos ido y pasó lo mismo, pero pensé que era por pandemia. Ahora volvimos a ir y sigue siendo lo mismo definitivamente no volvería"

"The staff were very kind and helpful, especially Ramon. Everyone went out of their way to improve the experience. The room was large, clean, and quiet. The only challenge was a very bright blue glow from the display on the A/C unit. The pool is small (limited by property size) but nice and clean, and there are food and drink choices right there on the property, though a bit pricey. Jaco is just 300 meters away, a bit of a mixed blessing, but does offer lots of food options. Pricing was reasonable as well. I would say that the gym, which is tiny (maybe 10m square) and very hot, with just some free weights and a bench, but it does beat an in-room workout for most of us. And you can run the beach. To say they are just steps from the ocean is to understate it. If they were closer, you would be at risk at high tide. The beach is broad and wide and it was pretty clean as well, especially considering the reputation of Jaco itself. Small extras included (again) the helpful staff, the on premise bar/restaurant, a massage business right outside the door, and a safe monitored parking lot attached. I would certainly return and highly recommend the place."

"Everyone was so helpful. They let us write to the place we were staying. It was a little difficult to find the office when you see the physical sign walk up the path and you’ll see it right there. It was noted. We just didn’t know what we were looking for, but a sweet gentleman came out and found us and let us where we needed to be. Breakfast was very good as was the coffee. The rooms were sufficient great pool. Monkeys and trees not far away nice area to walk at night very comfortable beds. We would choose to stay there longer than we did the next time we come out and would suggest others should as well. It is an older place, but well kept comfortable."

"Breakfast wasn’t good. Been here may times years back use to be buffet breakfast now you can’t choice anything same Menu for every one Very basic breakfast no options to choice. Air conditioning work very poor need to be updated as well. Room was ok but a little outdated no upgrades in the last 15yeas that I been visiting same run down furnitures. Staff is very friendly. There was a big inconvenience this stay there was no potable running water for an entire day. Clerk at front desk claim water pump was broken advise them that this issue is unacceptable they should have. Back up pump installed in case main pump fail. "
