Staff were very helpful and obliging even when due to 2 hr flight delay, the staff member remained on duty to welcome us personally. In the lovely roomy and well appointed unit, everything was spotlessly clean and in top working condition. And in many hotels and other accommodation we have experienced, this is often not the case.

And I rate YOU a 1 star. From the moment you arrived until the moment you left, we tried repeatedly to appease your demands. The room descriptions and photos are extremely accurate and the price is very competitive. It is disappointing that you have continued to complain. Surely a positive attitude will lead to a happier life.

Our room was clean and tidy. I found the bathroom to be quite tired. The mirror was away from the hand basin. The showrr only had a shower curtain, which clung to you while showering. The positive was the water was hot! The young girl on the check in was very pleasant.

Nice family stay
Staff were lovely and helpful. Room was clean and adequate. Noise from the road was a bit loud as our room was not ocean facing. Next time would try request one of the ocean facing rooms. Pool and playground were great extras.

We stayed in the older part of the resort, motel room, it was well appointed, clean and close to the esplenard. We stared 3 nights and will recommend the resort to my friends.

The accommodation was ok, pleasant receptionist, although no one there on arrival, at 4pm. receptionist appeared 4mins later. On the whole room was clean bathroom bit smelly noise level bearable, bed lumpy sheets clean👍

Lovely Views with Everything You Need
Spacious room with a comfortable bed and a great ocean view. Plus, it had all the necessary amenities to whip up a meal: fridge, microwave, kettle, dishes, and a shared BBQ area. Loved it!
