"I will never choose this property again. They are understaffed and can't even answer the phones. If you need anything basic, you will have to go down and stand on line. The employees totally agree with my disappointment and suggested to write it up. If you need to leave your car for a couple of days, all what they told me is " you have to look elsewhere. We can't accept parking beyond your stay. Not even a suggestion."

"The staff were great and the hotel was generally nice. The AC wasn't working for the first few days of our stay and the staff did relocate us to another room which was slightly cooler. The indoor pool was also nice but we had to pay 5 euros each to use it and had to purchase swimming caps for 5 euros too. Location is 45min-1 hour form Porto and that journey got a bit arduous every day. The local area around the hotel is a bit dead but there's a decent outlet mall about 15 mins away."
