Not a good start
Because we arrived 20 minutes before they open (16.00 hours) we telephoned th the number given.
The lady (who spoke good Englsh thank goodness) knew nothing about our booking. She said she did not deal with ebookers and certainly not had emails from them regarding a booking.
The hotel was not currently open. After further conversation she said she would contact the caretaker and arrange a room for us if we returned later, which we did. The guy was very helpful and the room nice although very cold. He found a blow fan for us. Being tired after a long days travel we tried the shower but only cold water. The caretaker took me round all the rooms to see if they had hot water, they did not. He then spent 40 minites trying different systems to get the water hot which finally managed. Asked about WIFI, it is only avalabable in the top dining room, but was not working.
The lady said she would come to talk to us next morning but she did not arrive. Spoke to her on the telephone and she accepted the price Ebookers had stated. She still claimed that nothing had arrived from them.
It was a pain but the room was good so I guess it was not a disaster.
