They were pretty great, they had an available room right in the midst of the Eurocup which was great. AC in the rooms was awesome. They were on top of things. The only negative was the lack of speedy wifi in the room.

Over all good, the reception is friendly, the place is clean and offers what you expect. The bed might be a bit to hard for me, but that is a personal thing. The wifi needs an Update, 2024 and just scraping by on two bars is not acceptable. Breakfeast was good, but at 20€ pr day it is in the heavy end. Did not eat dinner at the hotel.

Gute Lage mit Anbindung an Autobahn A52 und ÖPNV zur Innenstadt und nach Rüttenscheid.Zimmer gut isoliert und ruhig, trotz Ausrichtung zur stark befahrenen Hauptstraße. Das WLAN war kostenlos, aber auf dem Zimmer so gut wie kein Empfang, sodass noch nicht einmal WhatsApp-Anrufe möglich waren.

Im Voraus muss ich sagen das ich noch nie so eine unfreundliche Rezepzion gesehen habe. Man frägt etwas bekommt dumme antworten und wird ignoriert. Zimmer waren sauber haben aber keine Fenster. Das Zimmer was stickig.

Schönes Hotel.Check-in war freundlich und schnell.Das Zimmer hatte eine angenehme Größe und das Bett war bequem.Obwohl die Straße viel befahren ist war es ruhig.Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es rund um das Hotel oder in der Tiefgarage.
