Clean, modern hotel, nice sized room but no staff ! Self check-in, and no cot for baby as requested - no reception staff to help sort it out. Saturday night was very noisy - poor sound proofing and again no staff to complain to and sort it out

Einfach unglaublich! Das Personal ist nachts dreimal in mein Zimmer gekommen – ein absoluter Bruch der Privatsphäre. Ich glaube nicht, dass es ein schlechteres Hotel gibt. Zudem waren die Handt ücher alles andere als sauber. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!
