"Mixed review. We stayed on a Sunday evening. Be prepared to not be able to get anything food & drink wise at the hotel past 3pm. Staff were helpful in finding us restaurants nearby that would be open for dinner but without a car options were very very limited. Had a misunderstanding on checkout which whilst was an accident on their side I felt very awkward and uncomfortable about so service then was quite poor. Room was very clean. Lake view lovely. "Great location by the lake. But no reception there, no breakfast etc; everything was done via an adjacent hotel. The hotel seemed to be linked to at least two others and arriving on a Tuesday at around 6pm, the restaurants were already full with very few local options."

"I felt very welcome at the hotel and the lady in the reception was very nice and pleasant. The hotel is situated in the very center of Arbois and was not that expensive. "

"Service at the front desk was terrible. We were forced to pay on Saturday night although we were leaving on Sunday. There was no soap and no toilet paper in the room. When called the front desk about and she said she will arrive but never did. I went downstairs and she gave me a small bottle of shower gel for two and told me to get the toilet paper from a counter in the restaurant area. She mentioned she mentioned she will refill the shower gel dispenser and never did. Reviews at Google maps...

"This is a budget hotel for people traveling through . It's in a nice area. It's well maintained. It's mostly automated to keep staff costs low. If you are looking for a nice hole experience, this is not it. If you are looking for an affordable place to sleep, and wash, this this perfect. "

Clean basic comfortable overnight stopover.

"Excellent welcome from receptionist/waitress. Clean room with all basic needs met for an overnght stay with good bed and pillows. Well lit room. Some noise from next room. Poor choice in restaurant. No dishes of the day and no entrecote at 7 pm, which was the only appealing dish. Snall portion of sausage with 2 boiled potatoes and slice of ham with chips very overpriced, as was the wine.Very disappointed.. Breakfast selection also poor value at €14,50. Very safe large car park.. Convenient for access from Motorway.. fast foid restaurants and supermarket bearby."

"The hotel has historic elements mixed with the very modern and is extremely attractive. Our room was a little dated but was kept very clean and was much larger than average. The bathroom was spacious and had everything you need. The location is excellent - right in the centre of the village, and for wine lovers an easy walk to many producers for a tasting. By far the best thing about the property was Jesse (the receptionist), she was so friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay special. "
