No geral foi razoável! Houve despreparo na higienização/organização. Chegamos às 17hs e ainda não tinha quarto pronto pra nos receber, fomos liberados pra subir e a moça ainda estava limpando, deixando o banheiro sem papel higiênico e mal higienizado. Na limpeza da segunda diária, deixaram sem toalha. Aviso na recepção informa que a cozinha funciona até as 20hs. As 19:38hs os colaboradores já não queriam aceitar o pedido de um jantar individual. Lugar é bom, porém deixa muito a desejar em pequenos detalhes que podem gerar um certo desgaste.

Aconchegante e educação

A pousada superou minhas expectativas. Desde a recepção até a instalação no quarto, não deixou nada a desejar! Quarto espaçoso, banheiro espaçoso, limpeza muito boa. Toda equipe sempre nem simpática e achei bem aconchegante no geral e com certeza voltaria a dormir lá, se passar por essa região de Estância novamente.
