I had a 2 week stay at this Hotel in August 2026. Family of 4 including a 8 and 3 year old. Location is good as you are close to highways, beaches and the best city in my opinion (Aveiro). We had a suite. Upon Arrival the A/C was not working well. After 2 requests, we where moved to a new room the same day which was a upgrade. That was appreciated. Front desk staff was very friendly. The turn over service was hit or miss. Half the time the room was cleaned properly, toiletries where sometimes replaced. Towels where also sometimes replaced but it did come to the point where I had to request fresh towels. The breakfast was good. The staff there was excellent. It seemed understaffed but they did a great job. The dinner buffet was good but I only went down once for myself and a couple times for my kids. The Outdoor pool was good. It didn't seem heated. Indoor pool was good for what it was. It's small and required a swimming cap that can be bought a the front desk for 5 euros. There are 2 workout spaces. The bottom looked like it was for spin and or cardio classes. The upper space had cardio equipment and a mix of free weights and machines. Machines where a little older and some where out of order. The entire facility is in need of maintenance. From paint to just updating the look. Overall it was a ok experience. There are not a lot of options in the area unfortunately. In my opinion this is a 3.5 borderline 4 star facility in comparison to the many hotels I have stayed in.
