"It rained the day we arrived and when we got there, the whole kitchen and living room were flooded and the rug was soaked for the whole 7 day trip so the whole house stunk of mildew the entire trip. "The staff was amazing but the water went out and we didn’t have water to shower. other people the were staying at the hotel were in the lobby complaining because the water was out and we couldn’t shower. The pics didn’t look like the actual place and to go to are room we have to go on the other side of the hotel and take stairs with are luggage. I wouldn’t stay in this property again."
