"We travel frequently and this is my favorite resort. Every single employee we encountered was extremely friendly and helpful. I mean from check in to check out (we were there 9 days) every single employee spoke to us with a warm and friendly greeting (good morning, good afternoon, good evening), they asked about our stay, could they get us anything etc. The food at both restaurants was very good and the portions are huge and of course the wait staff is attentive. The pool is clean and there was no sand in it. The beach was restful with plenty of chairs. Itโs family owned and the family was there daily and active with employees and guests. Our room was clean and the beds very comfortable. We had a balcony off our room that was pleasant to sit on and watch the waves come in and enjoy the breeze. The only thing I would have liked was a larger shower. It was only really big enough to stand in. The mirror in our bathroom was getting old and had a few small spots were the mirror was flaking. All in all our stay was a 10 out of 10 and we will stay there again!"

The customer service was outstanding from beginning to end. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. A special thank you to Brittany, the manager, who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant and that we had everything we needed. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly made a difference. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests and their experience. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for great amenities, excellent customer service, and a welcoming atmosphere. "The room was the relief of every day. The air conditioner was working hard but was doing a good job. The room was very clean and they offered to change out towels and sheets everyday. The breakfast was great to start the day with and the restaurant attached upstairs is phenomenal."
