The owner/operators were some of the friendliest people on earth!!!! Even though there was a major language barrier, we still found a common ground and were able to be friends. I’d stay here again in the near future. (On a side note, the room was kinda small, and there wasn’t a closet, but I still give the hotel an A).

It was clean very old furnishings. You feel like you're in a cave, one window tucked in the corner, no place to go out of the room. Dark and dreary. Not my kind of location. Bed was extremely hard. Luckily we were only going to be there one night

This is such a cute, small hotel, and we enjoy coming back. The best part, for us, is the 24/7 staff presence at the front desk. It feels very secure knowing someone is always available to let you in. The staff has always been decent, and the simple included breakfast is a convenient perk. The courtyard is a lovely feature. We'd love to see it brought back to its former glory with more plants! A few small updates, like checking the electronics in the rooms, would make the stay perfect. We look forward to our next visit.

Bei unserer Ankunft wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir angeblich keine Reservierung hätten. Nach über 30 Minuten wurde dann noch mit dem Inhaber telefoniert und unsere Expedia Buchung bestätigt. Auch wollte man uns mehr in Rechnung stellen, als über die Expedia- Buchung vereinbart wurde. An sich war die Unterkunft okay, aber der check-in war nicht zufriedenstellend. Am nächsten Tag wurde sich jedoch noch einmal bei uns für die Unannehmlichkeiten entschuldigt- dennoch fanden wir es nicht angenehm, dass wir auf unser Zimmer warten mussten, obwohl wir über 1 Stunde nach Check in Beginn noch warten mussten. Hier muss besser an der Kommunikation gearbeitet werden.

I've been a repeat guest at this boutique hotel for many years. It has always been a good value with a nice breakfast included. The rooms and courtyards have a lot of potential, but I've noticed they're not as well-maintained as they once were. The food quality has decreased over the years, and the staff's service has been a bit hit or miss. It's still a passable choice, but it doesn't quite live up to its past standards.

I would definitely stay here again! The staff was very nice, the room was clean with a comfortable bed, cold AC, and working TV. The shower had plenty of hot water. The breakfast was much appreciated. Overall, it had a quiet, intimate feel, great for families, couples, or individuals. Small, but clean and nice. 5/5
