The bathroom and floor needed more attention by the cleaning staff. The beds were comfortable and seemed clean. The air conditioning worked fine. Love Zaza and this visit did not disappoint. They had good foam pillows and allergy free bedding which can be hard to find at hotels. The water pressure was fabulous and the bed was very comfortable. The service was great too. Will definitely return.

I thought it was great so I'll give a 5. Booking, check-in instructions, communication was easy and responsive. Room was clean and comfortable. Location is really cool. On-site staff was engaging, friendly and helpful. Next time I'm in Austin I'll book there again.
