I had a wonderful stay. Miss Justina at the front desk was professional, accommodating and very kind. The housekeeping staff, Miss Kaley and Miss Kim were great. I’ll definitely stay here again.

Not bad
Room was clean but hallways smells of smoke. Have to wait for service at front desk. Bathroom only had heat lamp. Bed was comfy and heater/ac was nice and quiet. Nice to have a fridge in room. Walls are thin, could hear others all night.

Door locks were broke and could not be used. TV did not work. Someone was going to come fix it but never did show up. Poor/strange lighting. Couldn't plug in coffee pot. Poor and limited breakfast choices. Everything in town was booked and we were stuck

TV didn’t work, toilet seat was broken, truck in the parking lot blasting music for hours, no shower curtain (they did come to room to install one)key Card machine not working so doors weren’t locked - they did warn us of that while checking in. Booked queen beds and got doubles. Shampoo bottle wasn’t sealed so obviously used before.

I'm sorry to hear of your disappointment. All staff made every guest aware of our issues with the lock system which was the result of an external power surge. If you were not present at the desk during check in, you were provided the option to cancel and any refunds would have been provided. May I suggest that future reservations be made through Wyndham by calling the hotel directly. The reservation was made through an Expedia booking site, and I have confirmed that the request was for 2 double beds, non smoking. This was specifically spelled out in our notes from your booking site. Please contact Expedia for and dissatisfaction with the bed type you received. As our hotel is going through a remodel, all rooms are now non smoking. As far as any issues with the amenities, thank you for bringing this to the attention of the front desk to resolve. I hope you enjoyed your complimentary continental breakfast including your choice of k cup beverages, large assortment of grab and go items, fresh fruit, pastries, Waffles, pancakes or French toast sticks as well as a variety of cereals, yogurt, breads, and juices. We hope to see you again to see the further improvements that are being made.

Great hotel
I think it was an awesome hotel. I checked in and the employee was really nice,and told me exactly which room I was in. I was surprised to see how awesome their vending machines were!!! They had great options in the drink one and the snack one. They also have a laundry room that people can use, which I haven’t seen in a hotel before. My room was nice, and clean. I thought it was a great hotel, especially for the price.
