"Great value for money. Normally stay in a larger more expensive hotel with a group however in future we will book here. "

"Stunk of rotten eggs, sheets were stained, toilet had no door, terrace door came off wall, complaints about extracted being left on (trying to get rid of the smell), door code changed mid stay and had to contact owner for new one, someone trying the door in the middle of the night, etc"
