"Definitely a 'mid' hotel. Good enough for an overnight airpirt stay. Our room had a terrible odour coming from the bathroom. We couldnt open the window because the handle was broken off. Last resort for air was the thermostat to run the fan, and that didnt work either. Probably some centralized master control to that. Breakfast was 'meh'. The staff didnt really do a good job at keeping up with supply, cleaning tables off or the food area. Again, overnight as airport stay. Thankful for the shuttle "

"The room was not very clean and for what you pay for it, I was surprised, there was actual poo on the back of the wall by the toilet flush button. It got us into the park an hour early and it had AC it wasn't the lowest on the list. The lowest on the list is the Santa Fe but I guess they don't have AC. It has a washer and dryer two washers and two dryers. You have to get tokens from the general store which I liked that. The buffet was extremely over priced $150 for 3 people for mid food buffet. I paid that much to eat at Walts inside the park. Overall I am not sure if I would return to this hotel. We did get to go on all the rides we wanted to by going in early each day and it was only a 10 minute walk to the park. "

"It was poor right from the start. Room is basic and in a poor state, I wouldn’t say it was 4* at all. Mould round the rim of the bath and cleanliness was far from what it should have been. Breakfast was basic again and lacking in taste and variety. I was most upset about our last night. My little boy took a shower to be covered in dirty water. We went to explain to reception to be told it’s fine and just to run the water a little. The bath was covered in grim and dirt and no offer to clean it for us. We went back to the room to find the water pressure had gone completely. Back down (this following a very long day and was now late), a technician was sent to our room, then told it couldn’t be fixed and we would have to move, no offer of help to relocate. Over an hour later we finally had a working shower. I asked for our last night to be refunded and was told no. They said the water despite being filthy was not harmful and that it was out of their hands. What a disgrace, hotel was poor, food poor, cleanliness poor and service was awful. Never again. "
