"1 roll of toilet paper, a/c not cold and apartment stuffy. Very poor communication to get entry code and door key. Stood outside 30 minutes trying to get someone on the phone to help. They only wanted to send instructions via email as I am standing there with no Wi-Fi or email connectivity. Almost went to Royal Crowne Hotel a couple of blocks down."

"First experience of 7Seasons and overall impressed. Check-in process was simple and quick and the apartment itself was very comfortable.
Mostly good, just a small minor things - food was left in fridge from previous guest and the apartment was incredibly warm even with radiators off. Overall would consider booking again"

"Would absolutely stay here the next time we are in Budapest. The room was absolutely enormous, with a beautiful balcony that overlooked a cobbled street with restaurants. The furniture was so 60s - awesome! Everything was immaculate and the breakfast at a partner hotel was the best we had in Budapest. And although the hotel reception closes at 5p.m., this was not an issue as the partner hotel's reception (about a minute's walk down) was happy to keep our luggage for the day. A great stay in...
