"Centrally located in downtown Cleveland 0.2 Miles’s from Progressive Field with many choices of restaurants and bars. Nice lobby in hotel to relax with large table and couches to relax on. Would definitely go back on our next trip! Parking for $55 per day allows you to use car throughout the day with paying again if needed."
"The hotel was adequate. It was clean, the staff were helpful and pleasant, and our room was also clean. I think the hotel needs a refresh, as it is a little shabby. My mattress was lumpy. The lobby area carpet is getting threadbare. Breakfast had plentiful options. The free dinner choices were hit or miss, with over-salted food the biggest problem. There were fresh greens and tomatoes from which to make a salad. Drury offere 3 free cocktails/wine/beer per night. I had a Cabernet which was okay. My friend had cocktails that she said had variable levels and quality of tequila, To me, the coffee was lousy. There was a good tea selection. For a family, the free food as well as the pool could make this a good choice. I dont think I would stay here again"
"All in all a great stay but they need to do something about their parking system. Several times, the automatic arm would not raise to let me out of lot and I would have to re-park, go back inside and have someone at the desk address the issue. Kind of annoying...😆"
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Cleveland - Airport North
6/10 Okay
"The room was fine outside of absolutely no water pressure in the sink or the shower. Plus, the carpets in my room were terribly dirty and in need of deep cleaning.
Breakfast was okay, just eggs and toast and juice."
"Breakfast was basic. Parking was extra. The place is pretty dated. Chairs in the dining where in rough shape. Proximity to areas downtown were nice. Beds were fairly comfortable. Shuttle to Cleveland Clinic was free. "
"When we walked into the room, the toilet is not flushed. There is debris on the carpet still. We requested to change a room, we were told all rooms are sold out so that room cannot be changed. The front desk girl is cold and said someone will come to clean the bathroom, but we waited an hour and nobody came and we have to clean ourselves. There is an unpleasant smell in the hallway, the elevator has scary sound when opens and closes. Also, we paid for almost $200 a night and the swimming pool is not open for guests since it is under maintenance."
