Friendly and helpful staff, clean spacious room, very comfortable bed, beautiful river view, kitchen was modern (nice touch with the complimentary microwave popcorn), bathroom was very clean, huge closet. My card was charged when I opted to pay at the hotel with cash. The site said my card would not be charged. They also ran my card for a 50 incidental fee which is still pending my account 3 days later.

Staff was professional and friendly. My only issue with the property, and it's a big one for me, is how loud the room was. I opted for a more expensive river view room, thinking that it would be the quiet, peaceful side of the facility, however I was completely wrong. The river sits across a busy highway, so those rooms sit right next to that highway, and the traffic is VERY loud in the room. So I paid a premium for the loud room with a view of a river across a highway. Just beware, because that info is not disclosed up front.
