My standards for budget hotels is cleanliness. If I’m going to do budget and want a clean room in Eugene I stay at Downtown inn. The couple that owns the place are lovely people and very helpful.

Simple, clean motel with comfy beds and pillow that's very close to UO. It's not fancy but, if you want someplace to rest well and take a good shower (strong water pressure!) at a good rate, this is it. And the staff was really friendly!

Very quiet, clean, and Wonderful staff. The owner did a lot of work with the upgrade sound proofing, very appreciated. Downtown is a short walk away. A very relaxing stay.
