Not a very clean room, clearly a hotel with many long term stays, but that's not really a secret. No trash can in the room, fruit flies all over, dresser drawers would not stay closed, no shampoo in the bathroom. Staff was nice and friendly though. You get what you pay for.

it was a cheap option that looked good from photos but i believe the whole hotel is non smoking from the signs outfront but we where hit with a overwhelming cigarette smell when we opened our room door and its lingered since, we didint complain because there booked out and didint want to have to relocate but its like sitting in a 75 year old smoking grandmas bedroom the front desk lady was very nice during check in even tho the place is packed tho

People smoking in the elevator, I’m on oxygen and signs are posted to smoke 10’ from the building but they do not in force it , they had no ground floor rooms , so I had a second floor room which required me to use the elevator, staff in the office was very polite , they just need to in force the no smoking

The dirty towels from the previous people were still there in the bathroom. There was food crumbs on the counter and we didn’t have any food in the room so it wasn’t from us. The fan for the bathroom didn’t work, which is probably why there was a lot of water damage in the ceiling. The floors didn’t seem like they were mopped. There wasn’t any hangers for the “closets.” There was mold all along the crack of the shower wall and floor. It took at least 10 minutes for the front desk lady complete check in for us and during that time, the line behind us grew to 4-5 people deep. Staff were friendly though.

The place is simple and bare bones. The only complaint I have is that there were no dishes, dishwater, utensils, or anything at all in the kitchenette. I booked this plate only for a night hoping to cut some fruit and heat some soup. That was not possible. Bummer, but otherwise the place was clean and the staff was helpful.

Bring pillows, bed is comfortable & clean with very nice & clean comforter. People living at property were very kind. Area is noisy outside due to road traffic but quiet in the room. Shower has a small seat which is helpful. It is afordable & that was welcome when other places in the area were very expensive. The location is good once you are familar. Signs in hallway tells you to bring your trash to first floor bins. Paperwork you sign looks overwelming. Perhaps a simple sheet so it is clear. I felt safe & this is probably due to strong & firm management. There is a positive feeling the people living here care about each other & were helpful.
