"The pics on the internet make it look a lot nicer than it really is. The bathroom smells like an outhouse even after leaving the window open all night. "'더시크릿 양평'을 예약했고 체크인 당일까지 이용안내 문자 조차 없어서 불안한 마음에 기재된 연락처로 전화했지만 통화가 불가했습니다. 이미 출발한 터라 취소할 상황도 아니어서 결국 호텔스닷컴을 통해 연락을 취할 수 있었습니다. 하지만 온수 고장으로인해 이용할 수 없으니 운영하는 또다른 숙소인 '풀빌라 샤이니 리버'로 가서 체크인하라고 하더군요. (체크아웃날 관리회사에서 연락을 주기로 했으나, 일주일이 지나도 연락이 없는 상황입니다.) 하는 수없이 '풀빌라 샤이니 리버'로 갔는데 예약했던 컨디션보다 떨어지는 룸이었고 현관문 열쇠 잠금도 어려울 정도로 노후된 시설에, 에어컨이 고장나서 꺼지지 않았고, 고장님 LED등이며, 욕실 곰팡이며 1박 20만원대라고는 생각할 수 없을 정도의 상태였습니다. 야외 바베큐 기기 세척상태도 그렇고, 그 옆의 의자와 테이블엔 거미줄이 잔뜩 쳐져 있어서 휴지로 닦고 앉는 것조차 힘든 상황이었습니다. "
