"Check in takes a while if you have to add a pet to your stay, there is an extra $15 charge for them. I don’t know if this is a California thing? I have never had to pay for a pet to stay with me. "While all of the staff were friendly, Jessica at the front desk really helped make our stay enjoyable. Her quick and friendly customer service was really appreciated as she recommended a great restaurant, Shamus Steakhouse, and always had a smile. Their hot tub there was also truly hot, not just luke-warm like most places. It was a great place to stay!"
