"Incredibly kind and helpful staff. Anytime one of them saw us in passing on the property, they would check on us or ask if we needed anything. The restaurant is also delicious, with a nice salad bar with plenty of options. The rooms are spacious and clean. Ample parking around the property. "

"The hotel is showing its wear and tear bathrooms. Weren’t all that clean. There was never enough hot water. I couldn’t even fill up the bathtub to take a bath the usual muffins juice something like that but the best part is that the staff is just unbelievably helpful I couldn’t find my phone after we left and we came back to get it and the girls went and looked everywhere for me. "The hotel is dated, but that doesn’t matter. The room was clean, the staff was fantastic and they’re pet friendly. If you need a pet friendly hotel in eureka springs look no further. "

"Very wonderful place to stay. The whole cabin was super clean, and I am very picky. Check in and out was easy because there wasn’t any. Just walk into your cabin when you arrive, and walk out when you leave. They even left us a goodie bag on the way out."

"We came on New Year Eve. There was no heat, they had a shear bedspread, the door had a area that let cold air came in. We put our coat on to sleep. We ended up leaving around 0700 to go home. They have no front desk or number posted to call. "
