"All the staff (especially Steven and Skyler) we talked to were extremely helpful and friendly. They made suggestions and shared some favorites in the area. The room, pool, hot tub and gathering areas were awesome. Will definitely stay here again when we return to the area! The dog dishes of water placed about the property was nice to see even though we did not have our fur babies with us."

"Check in was simple and quick. The gentleman at in the office was very pleasant and welcoming. The room was very hot when we entered, but the A/C quickly cooled down the room. Everything was clean and looked very well kept up. It was quiet and peaceful. The shower had the perfect water pressure to rinse my hair completely. I’ve run into quite a few motels that I don’t even bother washing my hair because it’s so hard to rinse all the shampoo out. My sister wasn’t thrilled with the open metal work stairs, but she has a fear of heights. My only complaint was the couple in the room next to us who would sit outside and smoke marijuana. As I am a cigarette smoker I couldn’t be outside when they were because it was very overwhelming. My sister doesn’t smoke at all and while she’s used to my cigarettes she hates the smell of marijuana, and the odor from it lingers longer. Again? That was our only issue during our stay. Would stay here again? Yes, but I’d like a room on the backside of the property only to be able to see the natural beauty of the area instead of the highway and parking lot."

"Lots of spiders, to be expected in the setting though. I would have preferred a shower to the big tub which is hard to get in and out of. Absolutely stunning retreat however, a lovely experience and I highly recommend!"

"The caretakers at this hotel were amazing. We ended up having car trouble. Our alternator went out and they were right there to help us. The caretakers of this property are amazing. My wife and I were visiting from South Dakota to see The Passion of the Christ in Eureka Springs AR. Our Alternator went out. The caretaker took time out of his busy schedule to run me around to get the parts that I needed and then when we put that in it ended up blowing the main fuse on our battery he took time out of his schedule. Use their own vehicle to drive me 10 miles to the next town to make sure I got the part I needed to get back on the road. They’re a great example of true southern hospitality and are doing an amazing job at the motel. Thank you very much for everything you did for me and my wife so our vacation was not ruined. We really appreciate it. Thank you very much. He drove my husband around, trying to get the part that we needed to fix it. He dropped whatever he was doing and just took my husband to get what he needed to fix our car so we could get to the passion of the Christ this couple ladder running it are amazing and they are doing an excellent job"

"States that it has free breakfast it is only on Saturday and Sunday. The pool was dirty all week until they finally cleaned it up for the weekend. On a bright note we did the honeymoon suite for the jacuzzi tub. The room was big, nice and the heart shaped jacuzzi was great!!!"

"I stayed in one of the rooms at the back of the property. Room was a very nice size, the jacuzzi style tub was awesome! Bed was comfortable. Took advantage of the breakfast the first morning and it was good. The lady looking after things was very pleasant and she kept it well stocked. Overall a very nice stay, I would recommend it."
