Apparently ownership recently changed and they weren't really quite ready for guests. We had the motel to ourselves for a week. Saw staff 3x. Apparently they hadn't yet activated the sattelite tv, which was OK with us. Clean and reasonably priced.

This is a great place to stay. The owners were Very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. Would definitely stay here again. It's out of town some so it's quiet but close enough for whatever you're doing.

This was a small quiet hotel. The only noise was some highway noise at night. Had an issue with shower but maint came immediately and hd it fixed. Mattresses could use to be replaced but overall a good stay nice people and no major hitches.

This place is very nice in the trees lots shade and a breeze highly recommended to anyone that’s wanting a nice place about 3 miles outside of eureka springs the people that manage it are super nice and made us fell right at home .
