My family were treated like royalty, and all we did was show up looking really tired after a delay filled 24 hour journey. This human touch was really appreciated by my family. "We were very happy with the pleasant surprise brought by the reception, which was very welcoming, respectful, generous, and surprising. Not only was our check-in earlier, but we also received an upgrade to a huge, chic, modern apartment with a stunning view of Milan. Wow! "Nice property and friendly staff, only problem was the stairs in some our room was awkward and rather steep so difficult to get up and down!
Our balcony door wasn’t great at shutting and needed a bit of strength to get it shut again so we didn’t bother using. The tram is across the road which takes you straight to Duomo/city centre which was handy, we arrived earlier than check in time but staff were helpful in letting us keep our luggage safe for us until we checked in, it’s also handy to note that I believe this is student accommodation and there was some loud noise during the night but overall we had a pleasant time here and would likely stay again 🙂"
