Was browsing through the lists of hotels available at Sultanahmet in Istanbul, and I knew I had to book Fer Hotel for my holiday. Good location, just a few minutes walk to attractions e.g. Blue Mosque. True to pictures, the hotel is modern and clean.. very comfortable! What's impressive was hospitality of the staff - every single one of them was extremely friendly and helpful - even the chef at the restaurant greeted us Good Morning during breakfast. My boyfriend and I encountered problems while...

It was amazing! The staff is very nice. Engin is really helpful!.

We stayed there for 4 nights and enjoyed our time in Istanbul immensely. The staff are polite and helpful. Housekeeping cleaned the rooms everyday and reception staff even assisted us to get a taxi to the airport. The star of our stay has to be the breakfast buffet spread. Together with the restaurant's breathtaking view, it was a beautiful holiday for us as a family to remember.

Great location and impeccable service. Everything was fantastic!

Superb hotel with excellent breakfast and outstanding hospitality. The location is very convenient, especially being just a short walk from the mosque. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, making our stay comfortable and memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great service, delicious food, and a convenient location.

We are very impressed by hotel staff Veysel who gave us a good orientation of the area we stay in as well as recommended the places to visit. He has helped us greatly with directions and booking of taxis and places to visit. Appreciate his great service. The hotel room is clean and pleasant with Aircon working according to our needs. Breakfast buffet is widespread and yummy. Good place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Seven Hills Palace & Spa in Istanbul. The location is excellent, especially for families, as we were able to walk to all the main attractions with our children. There are also plenty of lovely restaurants in the surrounding area, making it easy to find somewhere to eat each evening. All of the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and informative, and the check-in process was quick and efficient. Our family room was spacious, comfortable and perfect for travelling...

Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight! From the moment i arrived, i was greeted with warmth and hospitality by Mr Hamzah, who set the tone for the rest of our stay. The owner, Mr Haci Simsek, is truly one of a kind, always friendly and present at breakfast to chat with guests and make sure everything is running smoothly. He is also incredibly helpful with information about the city, which came in handy when we were planning our daily activities. The room itself was spacious and...

The hospitality of the front desk by Mr Shamsudin was very warm and welcoming. He recommended us a better room for our family of 5 at a very good additional rate. We enjoyed our whole stay in Carina as all the staffs were friendly and approachable.
