"Great location and near metro stations. Quiet area with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants nearby. Quirky hotel which was clean and friendly. The only downside is that there is no carpet anywhere so people coming and going is a bit noisy and the cleaners dragging the beds above our room makes quite a noise. Other than that, lovely hotel and would recommend."

"⭐️⭐️⭐️ (3/5) – Good stay overall but unfortunately ended badly I stayed at Hotel Acta Madfor Lisbon and overall had a good experience, but unfortunately my trip ended on a very negative note which affected my rating. The location is excellent, with metro stations, buses, and plenty of local amenities nearby, making it really easy to get around Lisbon. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which I really appreciated. The hotel itself is very modern and comfortable, and I especially liked the lounge area, which was a nice place to relax. My room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for one person. Two people could probably stay there, but it might feel a little tight. The breakfast at the hotel was actually very good, with a wide selection of hot and cold choices. I had this on previous mornings with no issues and really enjoyed it. Unfortunately, on the morning I left I was given a breakfast box (sandwich, bottle of water, juice, and fruit). I believe the sandwich may not have been stored properly because shortly after arriving at the airport I vomited twice, and then twice again on the airplane. It was quite unpleasant and really put a bad end to an otherwise nice stay. Because of that experience, I have to rate the hotel 3 out of 5. Without that issue it would easily have been 5 out of 5. Overall, I’d still recommend it for a short stay in Lisbon thanks to the great location, friendly staff, and comfortable rooms—just hopefully without the same experien"

"Really enjoyed a two night weekend stay here. The hotel has such a strong aesthetic so if you like the photos, you’ll love it throughout. The room is so cosy, I loved the window seat for ready and the bed was so comfortable. It’s easy to link the TV to devices. The bathroom was great. Even at peak times the wait for a lift was short. Breakfast was delicious but believe them when they tell you the busier times and avoid if you can. We loved networking in the cargo net and The Nest bar on the roof was just fantastic. Can’t wait to stay here again!"

"A great hotel! Would gladly stay here again. From the friendly staff that greets you , to the clean rooms. I recommend getting the breakfast with your stay such a vast selection! Also prime location. 20 minute walk to a lot of popular spots such as Trevi Fountain."

"The hotel manager was very rude at check-in as there was an issue with my reservation and we were showing that I was canceled and then I contacted Expedia and it was fixed. The hotel room was extremely dirty. The shower was the size of a little box couldn’t even move inside of it toilet sink. Everything was filthy. The sheets were dirty. The beds were very small. The room itself was very, very small. Nothing like what they showed online. Everybody was rude. The receptionist you couldn’t ask for anything they could never help you. We had to stay at another hotel for a couple of days and had to come back because our flight was out of this hotel by the airport so we ended up coming back and spending another night. I told him do not recommend this location to anyone. I’m very disappointed that video would help makes such a horrible booking. I really would like my money back. Furthermore, there was bugs in the room that look like bed bugs."
