"Very comfortable beds and spacious room. Several restaurant options with excellent food and service. Extensive breakfast buffet. Sports bar with several tv’s and comfy chairs. Nice vibe with friendly helpful staff. Convenient shuttle service to/from airport."

"Arrived having checked in on-line but still queued for 40 mins to get a room key. Then we found out none of the lifts were working and we were on 5th floor. Had to go in a service elevator having gone through a room packed with laundry trolleys. One of out party tripped over a trolley, scuffed their knee and damaged their mobile phone. Management handled the subsequent complaint without sympathy or understanding. Buffet breakfast was worst I’ve ever experienced - just diced potatoes and sausages for hot food - no eggs? Stay at this hotel if you want a ‘third World’ experience it really was unbelievably bad. We will never go back…."

"Absolutely fab stay! Very clean and the staff were very helpful at helping us with anything we needed. Great facilities and pool and handy location (could rent a bike or taxis available right outside the hotel) we don’t usually choose hotels as luxury as this one but it did not disappoint and wasn’t any more expensive than other hotels. I have a low immune system due to cancer medication and I felt very safe at the hotel and felt comfortable. Would really recommend this hotel."

"I am accustomed to having an iron and ironing board in my room. I had a short turn around between checking in and going to my function and had to wait a little while for housekeeping to bring the iron and ironing board. Also, I had requested an early check and never received a reply one way or the other. I appreciate the hotel was busy and it may not have been possible but it would have been good to have received a reply. Generally, the hotel was comfortable. The room was a bit "dusty" and perhaps the carpeted needed to be cleaned a little better. Otherwise, I was happy."

"Where to start… hotel looks good until until you stay in it.. firstly it started with having a shower in our bedroom, we have asked to be moved but they said they have been fully booked so can’t move us, after complaining multiple times they gave us a new room but it was just as bad so we have stayed in original room as there was no difference ( me and my partner ) so we have moved past it. Rooms: floor dirty, constantly finding someone’s long black hair everywhere we sat, on the bed floor table sink, everywhere! (I’m short brown hair my gf is blonde so deffenetly not us) AC didn’t work at all it was 35c outside and our ac didn’t work… one of the reasons we wanted this hotel was because of ac.. we complained and they have bring us two fans. No fridge… they have said only “ super delux bedroom” have fridge which is £2500 a night.. rather buy my own fridge for the stay then pay this.. shower power and hot water was good, and bed comfy, nice and dark in the bedroom. There is no vending machine at the hotel and at the bar they don’t allow you to bring out any drinks you buy.. so when we asked for big bottle of water we wasn’t allowed to take it upstairs, so we was stuck buying worm drinks from the shops.. swimming pool is horrible and dirty, you have to book in advance, at reception, even when we booked and went up it didn’t let us in bc they need to make a new card for you, so we was on lift going up40floors around 4x .. I can say more but run out of characters.."

"Had an executive room which has good amenities and is comfortable. Easy transportation with the airport shuttle to the airport and railway station at Schiphol, and the bus station across the road gives you access to Amsterdam and the surrounding towns."
