"The room was excellent and my room was clean each and every day. The staff was ok. Their restaurant was overpriced and their menu is not flexible enough for substitutions. The space in the room was top notch. Only thing I would say is that the hotel is not on the best side of town. There is metro that you can take to the city."

"I paid a premium to stay here and expected a flawless experience, but it fell far short. A pipe burst in the garage, flooding it with sewage that remained unresolved for two days. For the price, that’s completely unacceptable. On top of that, parking cost an additional €150, which felt unreasonable given the circumstances. The view was beautiful, but it doesn’t make up for the overall experience. Very disappointed."

"Staff is all so helpful. The room i would say just weird having a number two right in the room like that. Unless you close your glass circular doors for your business. This is best for a single traveller. Definitely not a friend’s room."
