"I've visited a few hotels in my life. I've seen the new ones and the "older" ones. This hotel was being upgraded/remodeled. So I was nervous. But..I don't know why I was b/c this hotel was one of the best ones I've visited! Even w/the remodeling going on. The Staff was THE BEST! Yes, it's an older hotel but when I tell you CLEAN!! It was clean! Going forward I'll be on the lookout for this Hotel. I can't wait til the remodeling is finished now. Do yourself a favor and just book. This one was in Beaumont Texas. Not sure of the other locations, but THIS one was beyond my expectations! "

"The room was clean, and the linens and toiletries provided were of good quality. The hallway was a bit dated and stained. I didn't try the breakfast (it wasn't complementary), but the other time I did try it, it wasn't very good because they were out of so many things during a holiday season."
