"Overall it was a good stay! The staff are great and the room was great! The only downsides were that we like to take the stairs and you can only go to the second floor if you want access to the lobby, if you go to the first floor the stairs lead directly outside. There is a warning sign for that on the second floor, which is really helpful. And the lobby bathroom apparently takes a separate key obtained from the front desk, the room keys didn’t work for us. They don’t have onsite parking but they provide great directions to a parking garage close by, we paid 20.00 to park overnight. Lastly, it’s very close to the trolley so you’ll hear it but it does stop between midnight and six a.m.Overall a good stay but some tiny nuances that might be helpful to know ahead of time. Enjoy your travels!"

"Small town folks in a big city. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable which made our adventure that much more enjoyable. From check in to check out we were greeted with smilies and a few jokes. ;)"

"The staff are very friendly and helpful but the state of the property is TERRIBLE. Stains on walls, holes in walls, window curtain torn and hanging, water leaking in the tub that can't be turned off and a weird smell /cigarette smell in the room. Carpet is gross. The building NEEDS UPDATING and FIXING. You have good people working here. Fix up the property! Wont stay here again but its entirely because of the state of the hotel. Staff are great."

"Thank you for a great mini vacation. However, a few things could have been done better. 1. The lobby was not very clean; mostly the floors and the bathroom in the lobby. 2. Most hotels end breakfast at 10 am. Breakfast at 9 am was a little early. The rooms were pretty clean, and I love the standing shower. Overall, it was a good experience."
