"The hotel was nice, and the location was great. However, the property could use a little updating and more attention to detail, especially with the bathroom amenities. The hallways were also quite noisy, with a lot of partying going on. I certainly donโ€™t mind people having a good time, but it did get a bit loud. Overall, it was an okay stay, but I felt it was overpriced for what was offered. There were other hotels nearby at about the same price that appeared to be substantially nicer. Not a bad experience, just not quite worth the price."

"Hands-down, always my favorite place to stay when I am in Chicago. Iโ€™ve been staying here for years. Itโ€™s essentially located so you can walk everywhere to the magnificent mile to the Gold Coast Beach to all of the shopping. Restaurants are right next to it. There is a true food, kitchen and a soul cycle right next to it as well and Tal nightclub is also right next-door. The staff is absolutely amazing in the rooms are luxurious for a great price."
