"Very nice hotel staff was awesome"

"I stayed here at least 10 times, while working nearby. Twice I’ve had to stay in different places due to no available vacancy, and both times I was reminded how much I truly appreciated the hospitality, warm welcome, privacy and convenience of staying at Loyd Hall. During my 3 months of regular stays here, it began to feel like a home away from home. Priced fairly for the many amenities and accommodating hosts. I’ve made special requests a couple times and was met with prompt response accommodations. I will always choose to stay here when working in the area. "

"Where do I start… room smelled awful, carpet was dirty, bedspread had holes in it. I checked in for a concert, changed clothes and took the key right back to the office, went to the casino then drive 2 hours back home because there’s no way I was sleeping in that room. Where are these people that have the other reviews? "

"The staff was Awesome!! Diana did her Best to make us comfortable when the heaters didn't work in our 1st room. A lot of cosmetics and updating is needed. Housekeeping and MANTAINENCE NEEDS IMPROVEMENT. IF the ROOMS would be like Diana it would be a 5 star hotel. "
