"No one to greet us at 5 pm on a Saturday but I was emailed very good instructions on how to get in. No elevator and our room was two flights up with two heavy carry ons and two heavy backpacks—we’re in our mid-70s. The room was made out of the attic and was beautiful. Only problem is low ceiling due to old attic beams—I’m 6’2” and cracked my head three times. All in all a good stay."
