"Perfect, and perfectly situated in the best neighborhood. This historic building is charming and the decor is lovely with a super comfy bed. I was in room 8 which is perfect for a solo traveler. The staff are super helpful. Colonia Americana is the coolest part of the city and Gala Hotel is on the nicest street full of grand homes, coffeeshops and restaurants. Walkable to the city center and near to the wonderful University Art Museum. (4/5 for amenities only because the pool was undergoing...

"Olga Querida is a historic building, its ambience and location are simply wonderful. It is clean, reception was great. We had a private room with a bathroom/shower, and a giant bed. There is a living area on the second floor with a (somewhat sparsely equipped kitchen) but we managed to cook simple food. Noise does travel so take earplugs if you're a light sleeper. It's not the Ritz, but excellent value. "
