"The hotel is quite modern, offers decent breakfast and the reception staff were very friendly. Only issue I experienced is that a guy entered my room after had checked-in. When he saw that I was in there he said “excuse me” and left. As I was relaxing in my bed at the time I couldn’t see who it was, it could have been cleaning or maintenance staff or it could have been that the room was accidentally assigned to another guest. All I know is that the person had a valid key and did not knock, so thought that the room was empty."

"This Hotel is a MUST to stay in.As you drive up you think you are in a time machine as you approach this gorgeous edifice from another century.Th...e rooms are spacious and you feel as if you are either in a castle or a museum. Staff extremely friendly and welcoming. Located only a short walk from the ferrys to the islands.breakfast was out of thos world.Fantastic choices everyday with spectacular service.This is the Hotel to choose if you are going to visit Lake Maggiore. "This hotel was so excellent..shuttle service to and from Malpensa Airport...breakfast had many choices and everything was very tasty and fresh.The staff was extremely helpful and even printed our boarding passes for us. Our room was ample and nice and quiet with very comfortable beds.Two wonderful restaurants are down the block within a 5 minute walk.If you need a hotel near the Malpensa airport this is the one to choose."

"The hotel is very old but nicely updated. They offer a free shuttle to the airport. The rooms are a nice size and bathrooms are spacious. Not too many amenities but you don’t need them if you are just spending the night before flying out. We walked to the bakery, pub and gelato (which is right down the alley). We also had a very good dinner in the hotel restaurant. The check in clerk was super nice and very helpful."
